SITE RULES
  • All persons arriving on the site are to sign the visitors book stating their name, home address, caravan number and their duration of stay on the site.
  • Caravans may not be let to individuals under the age of 21 years.
  • No caravan shall be used to accommodate a number of persons in excess of the berths installed by the manufacturer, except for a child below the age of three accommodated in a cot.
  • The electricity supply on the Site is 750 watt, 16amps. Any person shall pay to Rocath (Rhyl) Limited the sum of £7.00 for a day time reconnection or £10.00 for a night time reconnection, should the supply be overloaded at any time.
  • Occupiers must not permit any debris to be discharged anywhere on site. Occupiers are responsible for the cleanliness of the area 3 meters around the caravan.
  • Cycles, skates, scooters and skateboards must not be used on the Park or around the Complex. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children play safely and do no breach these rules. Rocath reserve the right to confiscate these items in the event that people do not respect this requirement.
  • Musical instruments, record players, radios, other appliances and motor vehicles must not be used so as to cause nuisance or annoyance to others, especially between the hours of 10.00 pm and 8.30 am.
  • All vehicles must be driven carefully, not exceeding the speed limit in force; enfringement may result in the vehicle being banned from the Site. They must keep to the authorized parking spaces and to the roads, which must not be obstructed. They must be taxed, insured and driven in accordance with all applicable laws as if on a public highway. Parking on the grass is not permitted. Cars must not be driven other than by a current licence holder. No vehicle washing is permitted on site.
  • The occupiers are required to observe the regulations of the Water Authority.
    The use of hose pipes on the Site is prohibited.
  • Permanent clothes lines are not permitted. Temporary lines may be erected when required only. Lines must not be attached to any wall, nor attached from caravan to caravan so as to cause obstruction.
  • Pets are permitted on the Site under proper control at the Company's discretion. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed in the toilet blocks or other public buildings and must not be allowed to foul on site.
  • The occupiers are responsible for the conduct of any children in their custody.
  • Access to vacant bases is not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to carry or use knives, firearms, guns, airguns, ammunition, crossbows, bows and arrows, catapults, cap firing pistols or other object likely to cause injury or offence.
  • Gas cylinders may not be placed inside a caravan.
  • Mobile gas heaters are forbidden.
  • It is expressly forbidden for anyone to interfere with firepoints and appliances.
  • The Company reserves the right to ask any person or party to leave the site, if in the Company's opinion his/her presence is such as to interfere with the enjoyment of others.
